Shipping Policy
At Western Wash Supply, we understand that downtime costs money. We prioritize fast, reliable shipping across North America to get your car wash back up and running.
Processing Times
All orders placed before 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD (before taxes) within Canada and the contiguous United States.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $150 CAD, a flat rate of $15 CAD applies. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Need it faster? Expedited shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional calculated rate based on your location.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our Grade 316 stainless steel fittings. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
14-Day Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you placed your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process
- Contact us at westernwashsupply@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Pack the items securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective fitting or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at westernwashsupply@gmail.com. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement immediately at no extra charge.
